We are dedicated to acquiring one exceptional UK-based company that’s ready for new ownership and positioned for its next chapter of growth. Entrepreneur Allie Stuckless will step in as CEO post-acquisition, under terms agreed in advance, collaborating closely with the existing team to honor the legacy of the business.
Our founder
Allie brings nearly 15 years of experience in finance, leadership, and business development. Before founding Vericor, she held senior and international roles at J.P. Morgan, and served as Investment Director at Vonzeo Capital. Allie obtained her Executive MBA from University of Oxford, and co-founded a children’s non-profit that continues its work 15 years on.
Her leadership is defined by integrity, passion, creative thinking, and a deep commitment to positive business transformation.
Originally from the US, Allie has lived in the UK for three years and is passionate about settling here. In her spare time, she is a stand-up comedian, performing around the world.
